TikTok Scheduler & Desktop Uploader
Stop emailing files to your phone. Upload high-res videos and photo carousels from your computer, schedule them to auto-publish, and send the same clip to Instagram Reels in the same step.
- Photo carousels
- Cross-post to Reels
Kadenzo is a TikTok scheduler you run from your desktop. Upload videos and photo carousels in full quality, set privacy and Duet, Stitch, and comment permissions per post, let TikTok auto-add a track to photo posts, and cross-post the same clip to Instagram Reels in the same step.
Upload from your desktop, in full quality
No more transferring files to your phone and losing quality on the way. Drag your finished video or photo carousel into Kadenzo on your computer, set the caption, privacy, and who can Duet or Stitch it, and schedule it to publish straight to TikTok.
- Upload high-res video and photo carousels from desktop
- Auto-add a recommended track to photo posts
- Publishes on its own through the official API

Multi-image photo carousels people swipe through.
Privacy per post
Public, friends, or only me — chosen before it's queued.
What scheduling TikTok actually takes
A discovery feed where the first second and the caption do the heavy lifting.
The first second is everything
Plan the hook and on-screen text that stop the scroll — TikTok decides reach in the opening moment.
Video and photo mode
Schedule full videos and photo carousels from one calendar, each with its own caption, privacy level, and timing.
Captions, privacy, and tags
Set the caption, choose who can see it and who can Duet or Stitch it, and plan the tags before it's queued.
Keep a posting rhythm
TikTok rewards regular posting — line up a week so quiet stretches don't reset your momentum.
Why not just post from the app?
The native app is fine for one post. A planner is for running an account.
From idea to published in four steps
- 1
Connect your account
Link your TikTok account through the official API.
- 2
Upload from desktop
Add your video, caption, privacy level, and interaction settings without touching your phone.
- 3
Schedule it
Pick a publish time and add Instagram Reels to the same post if you want.
- 4
It goes live
Your TikTok publishes on its own, on schedule.
Get more out of every post
A few habits that compound on TikTok.
Hook in three seconds
The first three seconds decide whether the scroll stops. Open on movement, a question, or something unexpected, never a slow intro.
Ride trends early
A sound or format has a short peak window. Jump on it while it's climbing, not once every account has already used it.
Post consistently
The algorithm favours creators who show up. Aim for a steady one to three posts a day rather than occasional bursts.
Lean on photo carousels
Photo carousels are one of TikTok's fastest-growing formats, great for tips, tutorials, and storytelling that doesn't need video.
TikTok scheduling, answered
Does it auto-publish, or just send a reminder?
It auto-publishes through TikTok's official Content Posting API, so your scheduled post goes live on its own at the set time, no notification to tap.
Can I schedule photo posts and carousels, not just video?
Yes. Single-image posts and carousels of up to 35 images are supported alongside video. Upload the images, add the 90-character title photo posts get on top of the caption, and schedule from desktop.
Can I add music?
For photo posts you can enable auto-add music and TikTok attaches a recommended track. For video, add your audio while editing before upload for the best result.
Will scheduling add or remove a watermark?
Neither. Your file is published as-is. Use watermark-free source files and the upload keeps the quality you gave it.
Does it work with Business and Creator accounts?
Yes, both. You connect through TikTok's official login, and the posting options you see (privacy levels, maximum video length) are read from your own account, so they always match what the app would offer you.
Can I set who sees a post, and who can Duet or Stitch it?
Yes. Every post needs a privacy level (public, friends, or only me, whichever your account offers) and has its own allow-comments, allow-Duet, and allow-Stitch toggles. Anything you've switched off in your TikTok settings is greyed out here too. A post scheduled as 'only me' lands in your TikTok inbox as a draft rather than publishing.
Can I mark a post as branded content or promotional?
Yes. Flag a post as promoting your own brand, or as a paid partnership, and TikTok shows the matching label when it publishes. One TikTok rule to know: a paid-partnership post can't be private, so pick public or friends first.
Can I label a post as AI-generated?
Yes. Switch it on when you schedule and TikTok shows its “Creator labeled as AI-generated” tag on the published post. It's a self-disclosure, so use it when the video was made or meaningfully edited with AI, and TikTok also detects some AI content on its own. The same switch adds Instagram's AI label if you're posting to both.
Can I schedule Duets or Stitches?
Not create them. A Duet or Stitch is built in the app on top of someone else's video, and no scheduler can do that. What you set here is whether others may Duet, Stitch, or comment on your post. Regular videos, photo posts, and carousels all schedule fine.
