About Kadenzo
A social media scheduler built for people who’d rather create than copy-paste the same post into six tabs — wrapped in a growing set of free tools and guides for the job around it.
Who builds it

Jan Oršula
Founder & builder
I’m Jan, and I build software for people who make content for a living. I’ve run accounts, helped brands grow, and watched good ideas die in a backlog simply because publishing them across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, and the rest took longer than writing them did. Kadenzo is the scheduler I wanted in those years: plan the week once, shape each post to fit each platform, and let it go out on time without you babysitting a queue.
Kadenzo is a small, independent product — no committee, no investor roadmap dictating which feature ships next. That’s deliberate. It means the tool can stay opinionated about the things that actually matter to a one-person content team or a lean agency, and skip the bloat that exists mostly to justify an enterprise price tag.
Why Kadenzo exists
Most scheduling tools are priced for agencies with a headcount and a budget to match. If you’re a creator, a solo marketer, or a two-person studio, you end up paying enterprise rates for a sliver of the features — or stitching together a calendar app, a notes doc, and a lot of manual posting at the worst possible times.
Kadenzo exists to make consistent, cross-platform publishing genuinely affordable and genuinely calm. One place to plan, queue, and auto-publish everywhere you show up, so staying visible stops feeling like a second job.
What Kadenzo actually is
The scheduler is the product. You connect your accounts, draft once, tailor the post per platform, and Kadenzo publishes through each network’s official API on the schedule you set. It’s built to handle a real workflow — a week of content across a handful of platforms — not just a single post at a time.
The free tools and guides are the open front door. Around the scheduler sits a growing library of free tools — calculators, generators, previewers, formatters — and practical guides for the day-to-day of running social. No account, no paywall: you use them, they help, you get on with your day. They’re how most people meet Kadenzo, and they stay free whether or not you ever try the scheduler.
The rules behind the free tools
The toolkit isn’t a lead-gen farm bolted onto a SaaS. Each tool follows the same three rules:
- Your own input, nothing else.Tools work on the numbers you type and the files you choose, right in your browser. Nothing here fetches, scrapes, downloads, or monitors anyone else’s content or accounts.
- No account, no paywall to use them. The free tools need no sign-up and keep nothing. Close the tab and it’s gone. (The scheduler is the paid product — it does need an account, because it posts on your behalf — but the tools never will.)
- Each page earns its place. One canonical page per tool, with the explanation and examples that make the output usable. If a tool isn’t worth that, it doesn’t ship — which is why the library grows slowly and on purpose.
Who it’s for
Kadenzo is built for the people who do the work themselves: creators, solo marketers, personal brands, and small agencies who are tired of scrambling to post, losing ideas across a dozen docs, and repeating the same copy-paste ritual across five platforms. If you have something worth sharing and not enough hours to share it consistently, you’re who this is for.
How it’s different
Two things set Kadenzo apart. First, the pricing is honest — the core features you need to stay consistent across platforms, without the $50-plus-a-month tax that punishes you for growing. Second, the free toolkit is a real, useful product in its own right, not a walled garden with a checkout at the end. We’d rather be the site you bookmark and the scheduler you eventually choose than the one that traps the calculator behind a sign-up wall.
