Publishing

Write once. Publish everywhere, automatically.

Compose a post a single time, fine-tune it per network, and Kadenzo sends it directly to all of them at the scheduled minute — through official APIs, with no phone tap and no copy-paste.

How it works

Four steps from idea to live — and the last one runs without you.

Step 1

Write the post once

Draft your caption, attach the media, and pick which networks it goes to — all in one composer. No re-opening four different apps to post the same thing four times.

6 networks selected
Step 2

Tune it per network

Keep the shared version, then override only what needs to change: trim the X copy under 280, move the hashtags to a first comment on Instagram, expand the long version for LinkedIn. One draft, per-platform polish.

𝕏Trimmed to 268 / 280

Step 3

Schedule the send

Pick a time, drop it on the calendar, or let it ride your posting queue. Everything you scheduled is visible in one place, so you always know what's going out and when.

Step 4

It publishes itself

At the scheduled minute the post goes live on every selected network through their official APIs. If a platform ever rejects something, you get told — with the reason and a one-click retry.

What you get

Genuine auto-publishing

Posts go live on their own — including Instagram, TikTok, and Threads. No push notification telling you to open the app and tap send yourself.

Tailor without re-writing

Start from one shared draft and override only the per-network details that matter. You're editing differences, not retyping the whole post five times.

Official APIs only

Every connection runs through the platform's own API — never password sharing, cookies, or scraping — so your accounts stay clear of suspensions.

Native formats, not lowest-common-denominator

Feed posts, Reels, Stories, carousels, and threads each publish as the real native format on each network — not a flattened version of one.

Every account from one place

Connect as many accounts as your plan allows and publish to all of them from a single composer — ideal for running several brands or clients.

Failures you actually hear about

If a network rejects a post, Kadenzo surfaces the error and the fix instead of failing silently. Retry in a click once it's sorted.

“Publish” should mean the post is live

A surprising number of “schedulers” don't actually publish. For Instagram, TikTok, and Threads they send your phone a reminder at the scheduled time, and you still have to open the app and post by hand. That's a to-do list with extra steps, not automation.

Kadenzo publishes directly through each platform's official API. You schedule a post for 9:00 AM Tuesday and at 9:00 AM Tuesday it is live — whether you're asleep, in a meeting, or on a plane. The whole point of scheduling is to stop being the manual trigger, and that only works if the tool is the one pressing the button.

The trade-off people worry about — “doesn't direct posting risk my account?” — runs the other way. Official APIs are the sanctioned path; it's the cookie-and-scrape workarounds that get accounts flagged.

If you still have to tap “post” yourself, it was never scheduled.

Who it's for

Keep every channel alive solo

One person can't be in six apps at the right moment all week. Batch a week of content and let it publish itself while you do the actual work.

Solo creators

Run many brands without the chaos

Publish to every client's accounts from one place, each post tuned to its brand — instead of logging in and out of a dozen logins a day.

Agencies

Ship campaigns in lockstep

Launch the same announcement across every network at the same minute, each in its native format, so the campaign lands as one coordinated moment.

In-house teams

Frequently asked

Which networks can Kadenzo publish to directly?

The major ones social teams actually use — Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Telegram, and more. Each connects through its official API, and a handful with stricter APIs have clearly-marked limits on their platform pages.

Does it really post Instagram and TikTok automatically?

Yes — feed posts, Reels, and single-image posts publish directly with no phone reminder. A few edge formats still depend on what each platform's API allows, and those are noted honestly rather than promised.

Do I have to write a different post for every platform?

No. You write one shared draft and only override the details that should differ per network — the character trim, the hashtag placement, the long vs short version. If you want the same text everywhere, that works too.

Will direct posting put my accounts at risk?

It's the opposite. Kadenzo uses each platform's official API — the sanctioned, intended way for tools to post. The risky methods are the cookie-stealing and scraping shortcuts some tools use, which is exactly what we don't do.

What happens if a post fails to publish?

You're notified with the platform's actual reason — an expired connection, a media spec, a rate limit — so you can fix it and retry in one click, rather than discovering a gap in your feed days later.

Can I publish to several accounts on the same platform?

Yes. Connect as many accounts as your plan allows — multiple Instagram profiles, several Facebook Pages, a client roster — and choose any combination of them per post.

Post once. Land on every network.
